Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining office organization, managing customer interactions, and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer calls, direct inquiries, and provide customer support.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Clerical duties
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Reception or Admin
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Strong organizational and follow up skills, detail oriented and analytical
- Strong customer service skills
- Great at multi-tasking and self-motivated Team player
- Experience with MVA, WSIB procedures, Universal Software are assets
- Fluent in Tamil language is preferred
- College/University Graduate
