Roles and Responsibilities
Complete service requests in the standard booking time allotted for each service at RAC
Maintain notes in client profile at the end of each booking with details on products used and styles so you can perform a thorough follow up at their next appointment to ensure client satisfaction
Take before and after pictures of each client (when applicable), unless they specifically do not consent to sharing pictures on Social Media.
Share and promote ongoing specials with clients and on social media.
Take continuing education classes provided by the company which may include online programs, in person events and/or on-site trainings
Set work related personal development goals quarterly, that are trackable by the company and rewarded with incentives
Clean and sanitize treatment room to standard between each client as well as follow our deep cleaning and restocking protocol at the end of each shift.
When gaps in schedule occur, use time to help keep common areas clean and tidy, unbox stock, organize and/create content for marketing purposes on social media.

Time Commitment
