restoration, renovation, and commercial tenant improvement projects
 across the Lower Mainland. We work with leading restoration firms, institutional clients and private owners. We're looking for a 
Project Manager
 who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple construction and restoration projects from start to finish.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects, including coordination with clients, consultants, and trades. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered 
on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
, while maintaining strong communication and documentation throughout each phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple 
    general contracting and restoration
     projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare and review 
    project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
    .
  • Issue and track 
    RFIs, CCNs, COs, and submittals
    .
  • Review and interpret 
    construction drawings, specifications, and contracts (CCDC/BC Housing formats)
    .
  • Coordinate and communicate with 
    site supervisors, trades, suppliers, engineers, and clients
    .
  • Manage 
    procurement, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements
    .
  • Conduct 
    site visits
     to ensure compliance with project scope, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate 
    project documentation
     in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist accounting with 
    progress billing, holdbacks, and cost tracking
    .
  • Participate in 
    weekly project and coordination meetings
    .
  • Ensure all projects meet 
    WorkSafeBC and environmental requirements
    .

Qualifications

  • Minimum 
    5+ years of experience
     in construction project management (preferably in both general contracting and restoration).
  • Strong knowledge of 
    construction processes, materials, and codes
    .
  • Proficiency with 
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
     and 
    project management software
     such as:
  • Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Buildr, or similar.
  • Experience managing 
    RFIs, CCNs, COs, POs, and submittals
    .
  • Excellent 
    organizational, time management, and communication skills
    .
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Assets (Preferred but not Required)

  • Experience with 
    insurance restoration claims
     and working with 
    adjusters
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    estimating and tendering
     processes.
  • Knowledge of 
    BC Housing, UBC, BCIT, or public tender
     procedures.
  • Construction-related education (Civil, Architectural, or Construction Management background).
