Position Overview

Factory Recreation is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service. While prior experience in the powersports industry is an asset, it is not required—comprehensive brand-specific and on-site sales training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Promote and sell accessories and apparel.
  • Organize and maintain indoor and outdoor vehicle displays.
  • Accurately update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits of various powersports vehicles.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High School diploma (Post-secondary education preferred).
  • OMVIC certification is an asset.
