We are seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics / Hardware Validation Engineer with strong expertise in multiphase power converters, high-speed interface characterization, and system-level hardware-firmware integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with lab instrumentation, test automation frameworks, and industry-standard communication protocols across complex electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

Skill in hardware, firmware, management software, and/or software development.

Perform validation, characterization, and debugging of multiphase power converters and power delivery systems

Understanding of the protocols used to control low-speed systems like I2C, SPI, I3C, SVI2, SVI3, and high-speed systems like PCIe Gen 5.

Conduct high-speed interface and signal integrity characterization

Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeter's, current probes, protocol analyzers, and electronic loads for test and measurement activities

Collaborate across hardware, firmware, management firmware, and software system layers

Support FPGA and CPLD-based development and bring-up activities

Participate in schematic capture reviews, routing constraint definition, PCB layout analysis, and simulation

Perform power integrity and signal integrity analysis for board-level designs

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Perl, Tcl, Python, or LabVIEW
