SkyNorth Air is accepting resumes for the position of Parts Inventory Clerk (Aircraft)

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to support our fleet of Air Ambulance and the important work they do? We're hiring a Parts Inventory Clerk who will help manage our parts room and support the daily functions of our aircraft maintenance team.

Duties include:

  • Monitor and manage the parts room to ensure cleanliness, organization, and security.

  • Sign parts in and out to mechanics and maintenance staff, maintaining accurate records at all times.

  • Note stock depletion and communicate findings to the Parts & Inventory Manager ensuring timely availability of parts and supplies.

  • Assist with the tracking of shipments, as well as the arrivals and allocation of parts.

  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, stock level checks, and restocking.

  • Support daily clerical and administrative tasks related to parts ordering, shipping, receiving, and documentation.

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company procedures and aviation regulatory requirements.

  • Pick up and delivery of parts and supplies as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Experience in inventory or clerical preferred (aviation).

  • Previous experience with aircraft tracking software such as RAAS is an asset – training provided

  • Proficiency with computers (MS Office)

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Valid driver's license required (with clean abstract) and must be eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) from the Winnipeg Airport Authority (WAA).
