Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
  • Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Support serving staff by preparing ingredients or assembling dishes as needed
  • Answer phones and take customer orders

Skills

  • Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant settings is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the kitchen environment
