Pour Vous Floral Studio is growing — and we're looking for a passionate, outgoing Door-to-Door & Event Sales Representative to join our team

In this role, you'll be the face of our boutique floral brand, connecting directly with local businesses, offices, and event organizers to share our beautiful, handcrafted floral designs. You'll drive sales through on-the-spot conversations, neighborhood visits, and event networking — bringing a personal, community-focused approach to growing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by visiting local businesses, offices, and community spaces to introduce Pour Vous products and services.
  • Promote and sell fresh floral arrangements, subscriptions, and event packages directly to clients.
  • Identify opportunities with event planners, corporate accounts, and local venues for partnerships or ongoing floral services.
  • Represent Pour Vous at pop-up events, markets, and networking functions.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align customer requests with custom designs and seasonal offerings.
  • Track outreach and sales activity to meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and inspired by our brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in direct sales, field sales, or promotional/event sales roles (experience in floral, retail, or hospitality is a plus).
  • Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people face-to-face.
  • Strong time management and organization skills — able to work independently and plan daily routes.
  • A passion for flowers, design, and customer experience.
  • Driver's license and access to reliable transportation (for local visits and events).
  • Ability to lift and transport floral arrangements and displays when needed.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude — must love bringing joy to others
