Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Experience in a dental or medical environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sterilization and chairside dental assitance.
  • Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate records using dental software
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
  • Prepare and maintain patient files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Support dental professionals during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
  • Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to assist in patient care and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and office efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role is preferred, specially if there is any work experience in healthcare field.
  • Familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, or dental assisting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental practices is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
