Be the Welcoming Face at Steele Volkswagen as a Part-Time Receptionist

We are searching for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Steele Volkswagen Whether greeting visitors in person or answering calls, you'll create a welcoming experience that reflects the exceptional service Steele Volkswagen is known for. If creating memorable customer experiences is what excites you, we want you to be the welcoming face of our dealership

Hourly Rate: $ $17.80

Required Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm & Saturday 8-5pm

Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls, always in a professional manner
  • Provide information to clients, ensuring they are properly greeted and directed
  • Posting daily cash, bank deposits
  • Data entry and general clerical duties
  • Other duties as required

What you Bring:

  • A positive attitude and a customer-first approach
  • Enthusiastic communication style and collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Ability to work in a energetic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
