The Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap for key components of the Carousel ecosystem, translating customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable requirements for our teams.

You'll work cross-functionally across our organization to ensure every product initiative is delivered on time, with measurable impact and exceptional user experience. This role requires strong technical fluency, sharp prioritization skills, and the ability to balance strategic vision with executional detail.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Road mapping

• Partner with leadership to define product goals and key success metrics.
• Maintain and prioritize a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives.

Execution & Delivery

• Define sprint priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure continuous alignment with business needs.
• Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with leads.

Customer Focus & Continuous Improvement

• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure that all releases enhance usability, reliability, and business value.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in fintech.
• Proven track record managing products from concept to launch.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end product delivery with measurable outcomes (e.g., time-to-market, activation, reliability, or revenue KPIs)
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience defining and shipping API-based or data-intensive products in close collaboration with engineering
• Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools (Posthog, Amplitude, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial technology, data infrastructure, or workflow automation products.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.

What Does Our Interview Process Look Like?

1. Virtual Phone Screening
   – A brief 15-minute intro chat with our Recruitment team via Google Meet. We'll share more about the role, the team, and our mission while learning about your experience.
2. Virtual Interview
   – A 30-minute interview with our co-founder to review your background, discuss upcoming projects, and share our vision for the role.
3. On-site Interview
   – Meet our founders in person at our office for a final discussion to ensure mutual alignment. (You may be asked to discuss a short product case to assess prioritization and problem-solving.)
4. Decision
   – Offer or feedback.
