Below The Belt in Hillside Mall is hiring an Assistant Store Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the management team and instrumental in developing of the sales team and overall store sales.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for store operations with focus on sales and operations
  • Lead and inspire store team to outperform budgets and customer expectations
  • Continually motivate, coach and encouragement of sales team
  • Organize ever-changing visual merchandising throughout store
  • Reconciliation of cash, sales receipts, daily paperwork and other administration duties
  • Uphold safety standards and document all accidents/relevant events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum one year of management experience
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail plus strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs, use ladders and stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, security camera system and Retail POS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
