Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot Busser

Now Hiring: Full-Time/Part-Time Busser

Location: Shoo Loong Kan Edmonton

Shoo Loong Kan is a renowned hotpot restaurant known for its authentic Sichuan flavors and lively dining experience. We're looking for energetic and reliable Bussers to join our front-of-house team and help keep our restaurant running smoothly.

This position offers $15/hour plus tips and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Refill water, condiments, and other dining essentials as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Support servers and hosts during peak hours to ensure excellent service.
• Follow all health and safety standards, including proper handling of dishes and utensils.

Requirements:

• Flexible availability — able to work either morning or night shifts (night shifts may end as late as 2:00 AM).
• Previous busser experience preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Driving preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and commitment to great service.
