  • Establish and communicate clear priorities among project activities to teams.

  • Ensure effective program governance by representing issues and progress to management and facilitating strategic decision-making;

  • Work with representatives from different departments to oversee project documentation and update relevant knowledge bases.

  • Take the initiative to determine changes to the scope of work and ensure that relevant planning measures are taken with internal and external clients to reassess and modify the scope of work, budget, and schedule.

  • Analyze client or user requests and needs, and lead the design of coordinated solutions in collaboration with functional teams.

  • Monitor and evaluate overall program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), produce progress reports, and recommend optimization actions as needed;

  • Coordinate project/program resources; engage and mobilize people to carry out planned tasks and proactively manage activities;

  • Understand business issues, identify needs, and propose strategies to increase the added value of projects.

Your profile

Are you an experienced program or project manager, recognized for your ability to navigate complex environments with pragmatism, agility, and strategic vision? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can combine your passion for technological innovation, value creation, and operational excellence? If you have:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project management and program management, including a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex technology projects;

  • University degree. Any relevant experience may be considered;

  • Knowledge of key project management tools (Smartsheet, an asset);

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills;

  • PMP certification or a master's degree in project management (asset);

  • Since you will be interacting with various colleagues, some of whom are English or French-speaking only, proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is mandatory.
