About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated and experienced
Food Service Supervisor
for a fast-food restaurant on behalf of our client in
Saskatoon
. The selected candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety standards, and optimize overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:

  2. Supervise, train, and guide staff.

  3. Schedule shifts to ensure smooth operations.

  4. Provide guidance and performance feedback.

  5. Customer Service Excellence:

  6. Ensure prompt and friendly service.

  7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

  8. Food Quality and Safety:

  9. Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation.

  10. Enforce food safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.

  11. Operational Efficiency:

  12. Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.

  13. Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.

  14. Training and Development:

  15. Provide comprehensive training for employees.

  16. Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.

  17. Administrative Duties:

  18. Prepare and maintain reports, including production and quality metrics.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Morning)
  • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of
    6 months of experience
    in the Food & Beverage industry for candidates inside Canada
  • Minimum of
    3 years of experience
    in the Food & Beverage industry for candidates outside Canada
  • English proficiency with
    CLB 6 minimum
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in food service technology and software
