Overview
We are a premium commercial cleaning company, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining hygienic, welcoming environments for offices and specific facilities. We are seeking a professional and results-driven Client Success Coordinator to build client relationships in the U.S. & Canada, support business growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales, account management, or client success, and is comfortable using CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress, and optimize performance.
This is a remote, part-time (mornings only), commission-based position, ideal for a candidate who values performance-driven rewards and enjoys working independently in their own environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential leads to support business growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring service expectations are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent quality and service delivery.
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, GoHighLevel, or ActiveCampaign to manage leads and track performance metrics.
- Maintain organized and detailed client records, including reports and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or client success.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead generation platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setup.
