Position Overview

We are seeking Exterior Cladding Installers to join our Alberta-based construction team. This role involves installing a variety of exterior wall systems, including EIFS and stucco, while ensuring that insulation, moisture barriers, and finishes meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install EIFS, stucco, and other exterior cladding systems to project specifications.
  • Prepare surfaces, mix materials, and apply base and finish coats.
  • Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and moisture control.
  • Work safely at heights and maintain compliance with site safety policies.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in exterior cladding or EIFS installation.
  • Strong understanding of insulation systems, moisture control, and surface prep.
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round.
  • Must have PPE and reliable transportation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Overtime and weekends as required)

Work Location: In person, across Alberta

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

  • Fall Protection Training (required)

  • Scaffold Safety Certificate (required)
  • WHMIS Certification (required)
  • First Aid Certification (required)
  • CPR Certification (required)
  • Boom Lift Ticket (preferred)
