Landtran Logistics Inc. is an experienced provider of dedicated delivery, warehousing, cross-docking and distribution services across Western Canada. Acting as their clients' own internal transportation department, Landtran Logistics' dedicated services provide an alternative to regular truckload and less than truckload transport with services around Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

We are looking for Local Class 1 Drivers Physically Fit. The successful candidate would be responsible for safely and conscientiously operating and driving straight or articulated trucks handling general freight for Local Delivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and conscientiously operates power units on the city and highway roads within British Columbia
  • Make sure the load is secured
  • Deliver freight to customer safely
  • Follow safety operating procedures for deliveries
  • Plan travel schedules and routes
  • Unload and reload freight onto trailers using forklift

Requirements:

  • Class 1 Drivers License
  • Must have Short-haul, Local Delivery with Warehouse experience
  • Minimum 2 years Commercial Driving experience
  • Current Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
  • Utilized a Straight trucks with power tailgate
  • Overtime paid after 9 hours per day- (Federal Regulations Standards)
  • Expectation of hours
  • Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test and a Road Evaluation
  • Hold a valid forklift certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$28.84 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
