We are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated General Labourer to join our growing team.

Position Overview: As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our restoration efforts, providing essential support to our skilled technicians and project managers. You will assist in the restoration of damaged properties by performing a variety of tasks such as demolition, debris removal, site cleanup, and basic construction activities under the guidance of experienced professionals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the restoration industry and contribute to meaningful projects that help restore communities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform physical tasks including demolition, removal of damaged materials, and cleaning of job sites.

· Assist in the setup and cleanup of equipment and materials.

· Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

· Support skilled technicians and project managers as directed.

· Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

· Adhere to company policies and standards for quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in general labour or construction is advantageous but not required.

· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

· Team player with good communication skills.

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.

· Valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
