Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Travel Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your expertise in sales and customer service will be essential as you assist clients in selecting the best options for their travel needs. If you have a background in hospitality or hotel experience, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Research and book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
  • Create customized travel itineraries that meet client expectations.
  • Handle any changes or cancellations in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service roles is essential.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or hotel management is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
