The
Product Manager, Everyday Banking
is responsible for spearheading the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and features across our banking product portfolios.. This role drives the successful execution of products from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient solutions that enhance the customer experience, meet business objectives, and adhere to regulatory standards. You'll work with and empower cross-functional agile teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the dynamic product landscape.
Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery of key initiatives and features within our product portfolios. The individual will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality, and efficient delivery of solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and a passion for leading teams to success.

- Own and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including cross-functional dependencies and operational readiness.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market needs, business value, and strategic objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring product performance metrics, user adoption, and overall business impact.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional agile development teams, backlog refinement, product increment ceremonies, sprint planning activities, and release management support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and other teams to define scope, requirements, and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Track and report on progress, providing regular updates to executive stakeholders including live demos where required.
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment across product, design, engineering, and quality assurance to meet the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for planned user stories.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development process.
- Contribute towards Product Centre of Excellence toolkits.

- 5+ product management or product leadership roles within the financial services industry.
- 3+ years of direct experience delivering solutions specifically within the banking product domain
- Proven experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
Technical Acumen:
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern technology stacks relevant to credit card systems (e.g., core banking platforms, payment gateways, APIs). Ability to engage in technical discussions with development teams.
Strong Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Exceptional Communication:
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving:
Highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Results-Oriented:
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, meeting quality standards and business objectives.
