POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.
PROJECT DETAILS
- Local candidates preferred
- 4-month term from December 2025 to March 2026
- Based out of our office in High Level
- General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications.
- Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client.
- Document Control: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project.
- Controls: Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review
- Purchasing: Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs.
- 5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset.
- Experience with document control
- Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset.
- Strong Skills with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX an asset
- Willing to take initiative and work independently
- Be open-minded and eager to be challenged
- Possess a problem solving and critical thinking attitude
- Effective written, oral, and peer-to-peer communication skills
- Detail oriented work ethic
- Willing to take direction from team members
- Ability to work cooperatively with peers
