What We're Looking For

We're seeking an Apprentice with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high-quality work. Whether you're just starting out or already partway through your apprenticeship, we'd love to hear from you The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to develop into a fully licensed Journeyman Technician through Zenetec's structured, hands-on training program.

Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a registered Auto Body Apprenticeship program (310B license) or willing to enroll
  • Full G driver's license with clean driving record
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow
  • Open to learning new repair techniques and shop procedures
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Committed to Zenetec's core values and shop culture

Apprenticeship Development Program Overview

Our 6-level development plan is designed to guide Apprentices from entry-level to fully licensed Journeyman Technicians over approximately 36–48 months, depending on individual pace and performance. We recognize and support apprentices who are joining us with prior experience and may already be working within a higher level.

Each stage includes structured evaluations, core value assessments, and hands-on skills development.

Highlights of the Program:

  • Start in the Detail Department to learn company standards and basic operations (Level 1), or begin at the level that matches your current experience
  • Advance through repair and refinishing skills, blueprinting, welding, and structural repairs
  • Regular evaluations with General Manager and Journeyman mentor
  • Completion bonuses up to $5,000 (based on level of entry and retention)
  • Tool kit provided or tool credit upon successful completion of Level 5
  • Team mentorship and a clearly outlined path to full certification
