Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Self-Storage Facility Experience Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-storage management and, crucially, expertise in industry-specific technology to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage everything from customer relations and sales to maintenance and tech support. A strong appreciation and understanding of high-value assets, specifically classic and luxury vehicles, is a significant plus as our clientele includes owners of these items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Operations:
     Manage all day-to-day operations, including leasing, payments, and maintenance schedules, ensuring the facility is clean, secure, and welcoming.
  • Customer Experience & Sales:
     Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and convert leads into rentals by understanding and addressing customer needs for high-value items.
  • Technology Management:
     Operate and troubleshoot facility management software and access control systems, specifically 
    SiteLink
     software and 
    PTI StorID
     access control.
  • Financial Management:
     Process payments, manage delinquencies, and work with financial reports to help meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Marketing:
     Work with Marketing Team to implement marketing and outreach strategies, including managing the facility's online presence and engaging with the local community to boost occupancy.
  • Security & Compliance:
     Oversee the security systems and ensure all operations comply with legal and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
     Proven experience in self-storage facility management or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • SiteLink:
     Demonstrated experience with SiteLink Web Edition or myHub for daily operations, reporting, eSign, and CRM functionalities.
  • PTI StorID:
     Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting the PTI access control system and the tenant-facing StorID mobile app.

  • This role requires a clear criminal background check and a clean, valid driver's license.
