About the Role

We're seeking a
hands-on Adobe AEP Solutions Designer/Architect
to shape and deliver cutting-edge marketing technology solutions. You'll design, build, and implement scalable, personalized digital experiences by leveraging the
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
suite — including
RT-CDP, AJO, Target, and Adobe Campaign
.

This is a strategic, architecture-focused role that bridges
business needs, data ecosystems, and Adobe's marketing technologies
to create high-impact solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years
    in large-scale Martech transformation programs
  • Deep hands-on experience
    with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, and AJO
  • Proven expertise in
    XDM data modeling, identity resolution, and data ingestion pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of
    Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign (v7), and Adobe SDKs
  • Computer Science degree
    or equivalent technical diploma
  • Experience designing and implementing
    microservices and API integrations
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end
    Adobe marketing architecture
    and solution roadmaps
  • Conduct
    discovery sessions
    to assess optimal Martech stack design
  • Develop and maintain
    solution documentation
    and technical standards
  • Configure data sources and implement
    advanced XDM schemas & identity graphs
  • Lead
    POCs and technical validation
    for Adobe Target, AJO, and CDP solutions
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align strategy and execution
  • Conduct
    training sessions
    and workshops for AEP/CDP and AJO enablement
