Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager in Training role located in Ajax, ON. The Manager in Training will be responsible for learning and executing store operations, supporting staff supervision, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to team development. Daily tasks include overseeing inventory, assisting with staff training, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining effective communication within the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with employees and customers
  • Training & Development and Training skills to help mentor and grow the team
  • Proven Customer Service abilities to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a retail environment
  • Experience in retail or a related field and bilingual English/French abilities are a plus
