De Luca Specialty Foods Cooking School & Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a wide variety of cuts including beef, pork, poultry, and specialty meats & Sausage
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the prep and storage areas
  • Ensure accurate labeling and proper rotation of stock
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering as needed
  • Work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to support daily production needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a butcher or meat cutter in a retail or food service environment
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation techniques
  • Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
