Description:

Community Living Victoria (CLV) is seeking a caring and skilled Home Share Provider to support an adult woman who is working toward greater stability and independence.She appreciates having her own space, a calm home environment, and respectful one-to-one connection. She is already supported by a broader team that includes CLV contractors and community professionals who help coordinate her care and provide ongoing guidance.The ideal provider will have experience supporting adults with diverse abilities and those who may be navigating substance use or other complex life challenges.We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Can provide a safe, stable, and welcoming home
  • Understands trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches
  • Communicates with empathy, consistency, and clear boundaries
  • Values teamwork and collaboration with CLV and existing supports
