Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within the work shift.
  • Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer calls, providing information and assistance as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and technical product knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
