Family Visions is dedicated to supporting adults living with intellectual disabilities through our Residential and Independent Living programs that foster independence, community, and well-being.

Position Overview

The Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs that align with our mission. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for serving individuals with disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor program plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Supervise and support program staff and volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports for the Executive Director and funders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Nonprofit Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in program management, preferably in disability services or community programs.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Grant writing and reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of person-centered planning and inclusive practices.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
