Do You Have What It Takes? Here's What the Role Entails:

Production Oversight:

  • Manage multiple crews of painters, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes

Supply Chain Management:

  • Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supplies to maintain adequate stock

Client Communication:

  • Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction

Project Coordination

  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate with the painting team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Full-time access to a vehicle during the summer season
  • Valid driver's license
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • High school diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $25,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
