The Team
The EDO/MI (Enterprise Data Operations/Market Intelligence) team is responsible for delivering critical data solutions and market intelligence capabilities that power S&P Global's business decisions. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where Agile delivery excellence is essential to meeting our strategic objectives and serving our global clients with reliable, high-quality data products and insights.

Responsibilities And Impact

  • Act as the senior-most Agile leader, guiding multiple scrum teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and delivering excellence across EDO/MI domains
  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups) for multiple teams or programs while ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Drive cross-team collaboration, remove organizational impediments, and escalate risks to senior stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum
  • Coach teams and leaders in Agile best practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of transparency and empowerment
  • Oversee delivery pipelines, manage dependencies, and ensure timely rollout of data solutions and market intelligence products
  • Drive strategic initiatives for Agile transformation and process optimization while mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery leads

What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role with a proven track record in leading Agile teams or programs
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence organizational change
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability in servant leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certifications, including CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent credentials
  • Experience with large-scale Agile transformations and change management initiatives
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with experience in mentoring and developing Agile talent
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies
