Strategic Operations Co-Op
position for the
Winter January 2026 school term
. This position is based at our office located in Richmond BC. The Strategic Operations Co-Op at PEAK will report to the Director of Strategic Operations & Implementation.

This is a
hybrid
position—work onsite Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the team in mapping current processes and proposing new, more efficient workflows.
  • Contribute to supply chain projects, including tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and helping to ensure timelines are met.
  • Help with managing inventory levels, optimizing logistics, and improving overall supply chain performance.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to the team and leadership.
  • Work closely with different departments, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; knowledge of other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles is considered a strong asset.

Compensation
: $22 to $27 per hour.
