Role Description

This is an
on-site role
for a
Housekeeper
located in
Kitchener, ON
.

You'll be part of a growing team that values integrity, care, and pride in craftsmanship. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in residential and small office spaces.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Organizing spaces to feel refreshed and functional
  • Completing laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding (when required)
  • Changing linens and making beds with care
  • Inspecting rooms to ensure all areas meet Trust One Cleaner standards
  • Reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Communicating respectfully and professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications

  • Strong

    and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Laundry and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service
    abilities
  • Ability to
    follow training protocols and instructions
    carefully
  • A reliable, honest, and professional attitude
  • Previous housekeeping experience
    is an asset but not required
  • Valid driver's license
    and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to
    pass a criminal background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
