TEMPORARY Wellness Director

The Manor Village at Garrison Woods

Available Shift:

**Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm and as required**

The Manor Village at Garrison Woods is looking for a Full-Time TEMPORARY Wellness Director to join their amazing care team. If you have the relevant experience and possess a passion for working with Seniors, we welcome your application. What you offer:

· Possess current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) as well as substantial Gerontology experience (minimum five years)

· Understand advanced directives and end of life issues

· Knowledgeable of regional and federal regulations in senior's health and housing

· A minimum of three years relevant experience in management of a seniors supportive living community

· Professional competency related to communication, life-long learning, public relations, and health environment awareness

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and YARDI

· Proficient in analyzing YARDI reports

· Must possess current CPR "C" /AED certificate

· Must possess initiative and good judgment with an ability to maintain composure and confidentiality

· Must be able to multitask and set priorities using a proactive approach

· Must be excited to engage with seniors on a very regular basis

· Must like meeting and conversing with new people

· Must have advanced English language skills

· Must be friendly, courteous, and empathetic

· Must have excellent customer service and service recovery skills

· Must be trustworthy and reliable

· Must have excellent emotional intelligence

· Ability to communicate professionally with staff associates and Residents

· Able to follow written and verbal instructions
