About the roleOTT Pay is seeking a Software and Application Developer to create, test and program applications software and systems.
Duties:
- Assisting in analyzing, designing and planning the rollout of new software and application features according to company's vision and goals;
- Conceptualizing and formulating applications software that are suitable for use on all types of devices;
- Working collaboratively with other developers, IT staff, and management to write, code, test, modify and integrate new application software;
- Conducting A/B testing for improvement opportunities and optimal performance;
- Troubleshooting and resolving software errors;
- Maintaining and updating existing application software;
- Creating technical documentation for new and updated software;
- Assisting in implementation of security measures to protect data and systems;
- Providing user support and training as needed;
- Participating in sprint planning;
- Staying current on industry trends and latest advancements.
Qualifications required:
- Two or more years of experience in software and system development
- Minimum College Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Strong background in product management, including feature prioritization, sprint planning and agile methodology
- Proficiency in various application and system development tools, including programing languages such as C++, Python, JavaScript, and
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform in a team environment
