As a Makeup Artist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences while showcasing your artistry and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional makeup application services for various occasions, including special events, photoshoots, and everyday looks.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all makeup application processes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Demonstrate product usage through effective product demos to educate clients on application techniques.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
  • Promote retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best advice.
  • Provide additional services such as body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, and guest services as needed.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Makeup Artist or in a related role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
  • Background in retail sales is preferred, with demonstrated success in upselling products.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in makeup application is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$80.94 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
