Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
  • Assist in food preparation and ensure all items are prepared according to safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Provide help to customers with menu selections and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure that all food items are presented attractively and served promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Vietnamese speaking is an asset but not required
  • Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain a clean working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to assist with various kitchen duties as needed, including food preparation and sanitation tasks.
  • ProServe certification
