PMO Operations Manager

to join our client

. 
 

Contract Period:

6 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate:

Starting from $82 per hour

expected in office 4 days a week, practically we are in the office 2-3 days a week

Business Hours:

Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute quarterly control testing and document results, ratings, and remediation actions
  • Monitor and manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), ensuring breaches are tracked and resolved
  • Coordinate and submit PMRO attestation packages, including GRCE documentation and control deficiency tracking
  • Maintain Clarity data accuracy and ensure timely updates aligned with governance milestones
  • Implement and maintain automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Selenium) to streamline control testing and reporting
  • Track operational metrics and report on PMO performance, efficiency, and compliance
  • Support onboarding and training of PMs and SMs on governance and control expectations
  • Maintain a consistent and compliant PMO operating environment
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of control testing and attestation processes
  • Automate and streamline PMO reporting and governance workflows
  • Run quarterly tests, document results, and track fixes

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • 10 years of PM experience
  • Control Testing, Risk & Compliance Experience
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting Experience
  • Automation Tools
  • Banking Experience
