We're partnering with a well-established organization that's looking to add a Payroll Coordinator to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, collaborative work environment with long-term growth potential.

Location - Stratford

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for a mix of unionized and non-unionized employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with CRA and ESA regulations.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll remittances and reports.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities including T4s, ROEs, and reconciliations.
  • Provide payroll support to employees and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support payroll system updates and configuration changes in collaboration with Finance and HR.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of hands-on Canadian payroll processing experience.
  • Exposure to union payroll and collective agreements is preferred.
  • PCP certification (in progress or completed).
  • Experience with major payroll systems (Dayforce, ADP, Ceridian, Payworks, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Willingness to work primarily on-site with occasional flexibility.
  • Passion for building a long-term career in payroll.
