Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while handling food products
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
