What You'll Do:

As a
Bilingual Care Coordinator
, you'll be the heartbeat of our branch operations, providing support for oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics. Your role will include:

  • Delivering friendly, helpful service to customers and directing inquiries to the right team members.
  • Assisting with the sales and maintenance of respiratory products and services.
  • Scheduling appointments for therapeutics and follow-ups.
  • Guiding clients through funding programs and insurance requirements.
  • Supporting healthcare professionals with necessary documentation.
  • Managing equipment, including warranty and maintenance for medical devices.

What You'll Need:

  • College Certificate/Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center or Office Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite with strong data entry skills
  • Flexibility to work extended hours to meet customer needs
  • Should be bilingual (French).
