We specialize in all aspects of real estate sales and leasing, including but not limited to: residential resale, new home construction, commercial/industrial sales and leasing, multi-family residential and investment sales.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work closely with experienced mentors to learn the ins and outs of real estate
- Build your client base through lead generation, networking, and CRM-based systems
- Show properties, host open houses, and guide clients through the buying/selling process
- Stay current on local market conditions and industry trends
- Use our marketing systems and CRM to stay organized and grow your business
What You Bring to the Table:
- A real estate license (or actively working on getting it)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coachable mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You're self motivated with excellent communication and people skills
- Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- A passion for helping people and a desire to grow
- Flexible schedule
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
