Position: Assistant Club Manager (Full Time, Monday–Friday 12pm–8pm)

Job Summary

As an Assistant Club Manager, you'll work closely with our Office Manager to keep the club running smoothly. You'll play a key role in member experience, programming, and day-to-day operations. This role has leadership responsibilities, but you'll be directly supported and guided by the Office Manager and club ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Club Operations: Assist the Office Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring the club environment stays clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, provide excellent customer service, and help foster a positive, community-driven atmosphere.
  • Fitness Programming Oversight: Coordinate group classes, personal training sessions, and special programs. Support trainers and instructors to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Contribute to membership sales efforts, promotional campaigns, and community outreach. Assist with social media and in-club promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside staff and trainers to support performance goals, and step in to lead when the Office Manager is unavailable.
  • Administrative Assistance: Handle front desk tasks, membership inquiries, and other administrative duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, approachable, and motivated by helping others succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable with sales, customer service, and basic marketing.
  • Gym experience or knowledge of health and fitness is a strong asset.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused role is an asset.
  • A team player who thrives under leadership and is eager to grow.

Requirements

  • Secondary school education (required)
  • 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or related experience
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 12pm–8pm, with flexibility for occasional weekends or events

Compensation & Benefits
