Reception duties- Including but not limited to greeting patients, collecting and checking dental insurance info, billing and treatment planning, answer phone calls, make appointments and fill the schedules.
Proficiency in Tracker a must.
Assistant duties- Including but not limited to helping with instrument processing, help with operatory cleaning between patients, help with emergency appointments by seating patients and taking xrays. Must be HARP certified
Our office has a treatment coordinator/receptionist and 3 dental assistants. You will not be the only receptionist/assistant.
Our office thrives on a culture of teamwork and therefore a friendly nature and positive attitude will go a long way.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
