About the Role
As a
Practice Lead
, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients—helping them envision, design, and execute technology strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Partnering closely with our sales teams and Microsoft field teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping market strategy, leading presales engagements, and guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.
You'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions—combining strategic thinking with hands-on expertise across Microsoft's cloud ecosystem (Modern Workplace, Data & AI, and Digital & App Innovation).
This is an opportunity to influence strategic clients, lead meaningful engagements, and represent one of the most forward-thinking Microsoft partners in North America.
What You'll Do
Presales Strategy
- Partner with the sales team to develop and execute account and territory plans—defining key milestones, metrics, and success criteria.
- Analyze client requirements, pain points, and technology landscapes to develop differentiated solution recommendations.
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals that highlight our digital studio's unique value.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Lead client workshops, ideation sessions, and executive briefings to uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Align client goals and challenges with our digital services to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Client Success & Growth
- Act as a strategic advisor—introducing new technologies and guiding clients on their digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that expand our footprint across accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and revenue trends to ensure long-term success and retention.
Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
- Partner with our digital studios to ensure smooth project delivery and a seamless client experience.
- Participate in project kick-offs, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Thought Leadership
- Stay current on Microsoft's solution portfolio, emerging technology trends, and industry best practices.
- Represent Lantern at client events, webinars, and strategic Microsoft co-selling initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Proven success in
presales

solution consulting

strategic technology advisory
roles. - Deep understanding of
Microsoft Cloud solution areas
(Modern Workplace, Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation). - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
