Work Setting
: In-Person

Shift Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm

Location Details:
Etobicoke

Responsibilities:

Staffing Consultant

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to provide complete customer service.

  • Receive and review client staffing requirements; coordinate and manage employee schedules to meet client needs.

-Accurately enter all required data into the applicant tracking system (ATS) and necessary reports.

-Manage all aspects of employee's work assignment by implementing policies and processes; communicating assignment details, absenteeism, performance management, time off requests, ending of assignments, etc.

  • Establish strong relationships with clients and employees through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Payroll Administration

  • Enter employee hours worked into the payroll system and process payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Effectively resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure all employee hours are submitted accurately.
  • Prepare and send weekly invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Compile, verify, and maintain payroll records and reports for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum completion of Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary education in Human Resources is preferred.

  • 1–2 years of industry experience, though a combination of relevant education and transferable skills will be considered.

  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll software.

  • Outstanding multitasking skills.

  • High attention to detail.
