We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on engaging customers in person, face-to-face, to provide exceptional support, answer questions, and promote our client TELUS's products and services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales/upselling. This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance your sales career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Duties

  • Interact with customers in person using leads provided by TELUS
  • Assist customers with product information, service options, and plan recommendations
  • Help customers with account details and order processing as needed
  • Promote TELUS products and services through effective upselling and cross-selling
  • Observe customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved service or increased sales
  • Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude in all face-to-face interactions
  • Support team members by sharing insights, customer service approaches, and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

Skills

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, sales, upselling, or hospitality
  • High attention to detail when assisting customers and recording information
  • Bilingual fluency in English is highly preferred
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer groups
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and problem-solving in customer-facing situations
