We're seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to transform ideas into compelling visual designs. If you're passionate about learning, collaboration, and creativity — this is your opportunity to grow with us

This is a hybrid position with 2 days in-office at 7941 Jane St, Concord, ON.

Responsibilities

• Design and create graphics for digital use on the website, email marketing, in-store TV's and other 3rd party platforms;
• Design and create graphics for print to be used in-store for exterior and interior signage, frosted windows, promotional materials, merchandising and more;
• Design and develop mobile and desktop wireframes / prototypes;
• Owns the merchandising calendar, coordinating with stores to ensure the right materials are displayed in the right locations at the right time
• Identify opportunities and improvements in current designs and user flow
• Work closely with members of the Marketing team to optimize user experience and ecommerce conversion rates;
• Take ownership and ensure brand consistency of website's visual identity and company branding materials;
• Collaborate with other team members, such as retail operations, key account and production, throughout the various phases of a project;
• Maintain brand guidelines for all Delota's brands and products;
• Review finalized materials to be sure there are no errors; and
• Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, improve design efficiency, and support marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Graphic Design diploma/degree (or related field/experience);
• Creativity and a love for design;
• Knowledge of key software and tools;
• Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma, Canva)
• Nice to have: CSS/HTML
• Nice to have: video editing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and brands simultaneously;
• Portfolio of past work showing completed work and process behind designs;

• Salary of $45,000 to $55,00 plus discretionary bonus
