Job Description


At a fast-paced, tech-forward company, we are looking for a dynamic Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a customer-facing professional, your primary mission is to make it easy and exciting for prospective tenants to book and attend a showing.



  • Manage the showing calendar to maximize availability and ensure we never miss an opportunity to connect with a potential tenant.
  • Conduct engaging and professional in-person and virtual property showings, creating a world-class customer experience during every interaction.
  • Champion our brand reputation by actively encouraging and collecting 5-star reviews from applicants and new tenants.

Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:



  • Lead Engagement & Conversion: Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound tenant leads, conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and email to engage prospects and convert inquiries into scheduled showings.
  • Property Showings & Customer Experience: Conduct engaging and professional in-person and virtual property showings, create a world-class customer experience during every interaction, building rapport and confidently addressing questions.
  • Digital Content Creation: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality property photos, video tours, and virtual walkthroughs, create engaging content for our social media channels to showcase property features, amenities, and neighbourhood highlights.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality (hotel concierge, server), high-end retail, or customer service where delivering an exceptional experience is key.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you're charismatic and professional on the phone and in person.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, apps, and various software platforms.
  • A highly organized and efficient self-starter who can manage a dynamic schedule.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings is required.
